The food was amazing and the service was top tier, our server named Maria Jose made sure we had everything we needed and was always smiling and offering help. We heard about the place off of a TikTok video and we're delighted it was in out area. One point of improvement is that it was verry loud and the music made it difficult to engage in conversation

The food is always so good. I always get the carne asada nachos deconstructed so that I can make mini pizzas with every chip. I eat it throughout the day usually. The staff is also very nice and welcoming every time, the wait time is usually less than 10 minutes whenever I order.

Best Mexican food in Arizona. It’s been hard to find good tacos since moving here, but this place is great. Tons of meat on the tacos. We drove an hour to get to restaurant and I would do it again and again. The girls working here are super nice and helpful. I love that the birria tacos weren’t soggy or overly greasy. Adobada, carne asada, birria. It’s all delicious!

Everything was amazing! I found this place on tik tok and by far the best Mexican food I’ve ever had. You can tell everything is home made. Will be back!

I came to Phoenix a week ago. When I landed, I googled “best tacos in Phoenix” and Tacos Los Vales was one of the options. Only about 15 minutes from the airport, we decided to check it out. Well, let me put it this way, in one week, I’ve been here three times. I love tacos, I love birria tacos with consome, and I had the best birria tacos in my life here. The first two times, I got three quesabirria tacos with consome. My third time, I realized I could order the consome with carne....when I come back again, I will only order it with carne. I knew I was in for a treat when I walked in and I was the only gringo in a packed restaurant at 11:30 am. I also tried the chicharron taco with green chile sauce and it was delicious. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If you want really authentic Mexican tacos, this is the place to be. Tacos Los Vales will be my first stop on my next trip to Phoenix.

We got there at 9:30...30 mins before they closed. We wanted to leave because of how packed it was. We waited and surprisingly we were served extremely fast. The tacos were so good! 5/5 Birria was just ok..not bad but we’ve had better

Have already visited this place three times. Last time I took some coworkers and they loved it. Their tacos are really good, birria is so yummy, and their agua frescas are on point. This place provides a fresh salsa bar. Their guacamole, pickled onion, cucumber, radishes, and salsas are amazing! The red salsa has some kick and it was my fav. There’s many taco spots available, but going here I know I’m going to have great tacos everytime!
